O projekcie

The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, funded by the European Union, is a cross-border exchange programme aimed at both those who are just starting out in business and those whose companies have been operating for several years.

Thanks to the project, novice entrepreneurs have the opportunity to learn from those who have created thriving businesses, while experienced entrepreneurs gain the opportunity to establish valuable international contacts and receive support for their projects.
The exchange lasts from 1 to 6 months and is carried out in the participating countries with the support of local contact points.

Jakie kryteria należy spełnić?

You can participate in the project if:

  • you have a project or idea for a business in the form of a ready-made business plan, you are a permanent resident of Poland,
  • you are motivated and willing to cooperate with an experienced entrepreneur from another participating country,
  • you agree to cover the costs of your stay abroad exceeding the amount of the EU grant.

F.A.Q.
How long can you hire a Young Entrepreneur from abroad in your company?
From 1 to 6 months (also online)

Does my company (Host) incur any costs in connection with participation in the project?
No, the Young Entrepreneur receives a grant from the EU and the Host company is not charged any costs.

As a Host, do I have to help the young entrepreneur with the formalities related to their arrival in Poland (travel, accommodation, etc.)?
No, the host entrepreneur is only responsible for implementing the previously agreed exchange plan (tasks for the Young Entrepreneur).

A Young Entrepreneur came to me for three months. Is it possible to extend his stay if the cooperation is fruitful?
Yes, after notifying the MOST Foundation in advance.

Who assigns the Young Entrepreneur to the Host? Is it the contact point, i.e. the MOST Foundation?
No, the Host decides this themselves.

If, after initial discussions with the Young Entrepreneur, I decide that this person is not suitable for my company, do I still have to accept them?
No, you can decline to accept the entrepreneur, but this must be done before the exchange plan (draft commitments) is finalised.

What is a draft commitment?
It is an exchange plan in which the Young Entrepreneur and the Host describe in detail the type of cooperation and tasks planned for the exchange period.

Do I have to submit exchange reports?
Yes, the host entrepreneur is required to submit a report halfway through the exchange and after its completion. The Foundation will provide a template for the report to be completed.

How has the pandemic affected the programme?
Registration for the programme is open, and recruitment is ongoing. Due to the pandemic, it is now possible to participate remotely for 1-3 months and then continue in person for the next 12 months.

How many people can I, as a Host, accept into my company at the same time?
Only one person can be accepted for a given period. After one exchange has ended, another can begin.
