From 1 to 6 months (also online)
Does my company (Host) incur any costs in connection with participation in the project?
No, the Young Entrepreneur receives a grant from the EU and the Host company is not charged any costs.
As a Host, do I have to help the young entrepreneur with the formalities related to their arrival in Poland (travel, accommodation, etc.)?

A Young Entrepreneur came to me for three months. Is it possible to extend his stay if the cooperation is fruitful?
Yes, after notifying the MOST Foundation in advance.
Who assigns the Young Entrepreneur to the Host? Is it the contact point, i.e. the MOST Foundation?
No, the Host decides this themselves.
If, after initial discussions with the Young Entrepreneur, I decide that this person is not suitable for my company, do I still have to accept them?
No, you can decline to accept the entrepreneur, but this must be done before the exchange plan (draft commitments) is finalised.
What is a draft commitment?
It is an exchange plan in which the Young Entrepreneur and the Host describe in detail the type of cooperation and tasks planned for the exchange period.
Do I have to submit exchange reports?
Yes, the host entrepreneur is required to submit a report halfway through the exchange and after its completion. The Foundation will provide a template for the report to be completed.
